What happens next

  1. You need an Avellum account to start. The intake is a set of health questions with our care partner, and a clinician decides whether the medication is right for you. See who this may not be for.
  2. Your medication is charged when you finish your medical intake with our care partner, not here on Avellum, and every 28 days after that for as long as the therapy continues. The charge lands as you finish the intake, which is before a clinician has reviewed it: if the questions themselves rule you out, you never reach the payment step. You choose your treatment again inside the intake, and the charge reads OPNLP - AVELLUM on your card statement.
  3. Before you pay, read Refunds and cancellation.

If you've had cancer, this treatment may not be available through our online program right now. A licensed clinician reviews every health history.

HSA / FSA eligible

Prescription therapies are generally eligible medical expenses for HSA and FSA funds. Rules vary by plan, so check with your plan administrator. Submit the receipt for the charge to your plan.

The price is the same everywhere. A few medications cannot be prescribed in every state, so this tells you what is available in yours.

A baseline blood panel from Valdura, drawn at home, shows where you stand before you start a treatment and gives you a reference point to track against.

A blood panel also comes with at least your first 45 days of the Valdura app, and a treatment with your first 30.

How you take it

Two injections a week, a few days apart, in the morning or evening, whichever suits you.

Your provider sets your exact dose, and your prescription label always comes first.

In the cellular optimization visit

NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione are reviewed in one visit. Your clinician decides which, if any, are right for you. To get more than one, start from any of their pages, choose your first treatment inside the intake, then add the others when it offers more. That keeps it to one intake and one visit with the care team.
